Nan Rodio, owner of the Upper Deck, has announced that Shag Club members who want to attend live Band performances and purchase their tickets in advance, for a reduced price, can call her at 757-428-0048 with credit card information so you won't have to travel to VB to pick up your tickets.

VBSC WELCOMES JUNIOR SHAGGERS
Admission to the VBSC Mix and Mingles on Wednesday evenings is permitted to all competitive junior shaggers. All other juniors between the age of 15 years and 21 years of age may attend the VBSC Mix and Mingles and must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Basic Shag lessons start at 6:15 PM. After the first free visit juniors must join the Junior Shag Association. Admission to the Mix and Mingles will be $1.00 for members of the Junior Shag Association. (This does not include the buffet.) Four Sunday Socials held each year will be "Family Day." This will permit all ages the opportunity to visit a shag social. If a shag club event is classified as "adults only" juniors will not be permitted to attend.
A party and a shag dance work shop will be held as soon as we can get enough juniors interested. If anyone has any questions, comments or suggestions please

Every Wednesday Night starting at 6:15 PM Shag Dance Lessons are given to all interested. The lessons include the basic shag steps, intermediate steps and line dances. Dance lessons are included with the cover charge. ("NO PARTNER REQUIRED")
